In my opinion McCallum would have KO'd Norris within 6 rounds.

If they had been around at the same time I've always thought Terry Norris Vs Fernando Vargas would have made for a great fight.

For what it's worth I always thought Norris was a very good fighter, but not a great fighter, because like others have already said, his chin was average at best and he made his name by beating mostly smaller men.

Whilst he was at his peak and was rated very high on most peoples P4P list I always thought it was strange that Norris was always calling out the much smaller Chavez. Although at the time it would have been a mega payday for both fighters I would have prefered to see Norris in with a number of other 154lbs-160lbs fighters, as others have already mentioned.

Yes, against Simon Brown in the 1st round of their 1st fight.

Terry had all the tools except a good chin. He just couldn't take a shot worth a damn. If he had a chin he might have never been beaten.

Norris was a really, really good fighter with a couple of big time flaws Namely a glass jaw and a brazen tendancy to foul. I don't think he ever lost a decision .McCallum, however was a great fighter who did everything suburbly in the ring.
Norris would have had the speed a skill to trouble Mc Callum for a while But eventually he would have gotten worn down with bodypunches and whacked out Terry in the middle rounds
