With Golden Boys backing, Khan is in a stronger position, politically, than Bradley.

I read John Murray got $50k for rios fight was that true?

yeah that what i seen posted but he also got $20k from rios as he failed to make the weight

His purse was $50k topped up by UK TV revenue (and then the additional $20k for Rios' laziness). Not sure how that works when his Promoter is also a significant shareholder of the TV company showing the fight.

For his next fight a Khan rematch will certainly net him the most money. But is an imeadiate cash in the wisest option, even though he may fancy the job, Peterson and his team need to weigh up the risk v reward of taking on such a challenge as his first defence.
