Your long run should not be more than 25% of your total mileage. So if you are going to run a 10 mile long run, you really should doing 40 miles a week.
Don't bother with intervals unless you are a fairly experienced runner. Right now your effort should be focused on just getting miles in, especially if you are training for a half. If you were going for a 5k I would probably tell you to throw some speed in. Right now you want to build strength, and the only way to do that is to put in miles. Otherwise you are going to be doing the run a mile, walk a mile thing when your race is. If you actually want to run the whole thing, getting stronger should be your focus.
