Every time I watch Eurosport boxing, I have to refrain myself from writing in and complaining about Steve Holdsworth.

It has to be said, he is one of if not THE worst boxing commentator around.

I now watch Eurosport with the sound turned down.

I must say i quite like Holdsworth actually in an amusing sort of way

Adam Smith is annoying and has to roll out his words and tired cliches constantly to try and make everything sound interesting.

Duke McKenzie is starting to annoy me a little with his over enthusiasm.

Steve Bunce reckons he is always "In the know".

Jim Neilly is plainly inept and should ne shot, who else calls William Joppy - Willie Yoppy?!

And finally Gary Richardson....GRRRRR

Yes he was.
I find the Showtime post fight interviewer Jim Grey to be highly annoying, although James Toney is about as classless as they come, it was slightly amusing when he threw the mic down mid-interview after the Holyfield fight.
Also, remember the patronising way he spoke to Kostya Tszyu after the Oktay Urkal bout, Tszyu's response: "don't be rude to me, please"... classic!

Ah yes, the Booth brothers. I dont mind Jason so much, he has been unfortunate in and out of the ring and isn't half as cocky as his brother Nicky '1 tooth' Booth is. He actually believes that he is the second coming of Naz.

He is also very disparaging about the quality of some of the fights he watches - I am always thinking that he might aswell be saying -

"Well these two are just rubbish frankly, you might just as well turn off now!"

I don't like Holdsworth either - maybe it's down to the crap fights he has to cover.

And yes Jim Grey is a real snake. So patronsing, and very obvious he looks down his nose at boxers ( I hear he's much more respectful when interviewing American football players ).
I don't blame Toney for dropping the mike at his feet. He should've emptied the spit bucket over Greys head while he was at it - that would've been great TV.

Holdsworth's alright - the fights he has to cover don't leave a lot of scope for punditry/commentary.
