Then get into your time machine and undo it.

Otherwise Braddock will face any man in the house.

In other official announcements.....the WBU has folded..........However the IBO has graciously bought them out lock, stock, and barrell.

All WBU lineage, and current glory, will be fostered under the new shiny and highly relevant IBO belt and label.

This beginning next week.

However we must warn you....the IBS is suing both franchises, and by the end of the season, they may end up on the winning end of the court case.

Time will tell.

It seems we have come to an enpasse here.

JOE JEANETTE MUST DEFEND HIS WBA TITLE AGAINST A FIGHTER IN THE WBA TOP 10 - this means that those elligible are:
2 Johnson Jack
7 Jeffries James

(The rest of the WBA top 10 either lost last week, have already signed for a fight this week or are engaged in The Super Six.)

So, if either of these guys calls out Jeanette I reckon they should be given presidence.

As another point, Corbett is currently ranked 27th in the official rankings - heck, he isn't even in the WBA top 20 rankings.
There's no way is he getting a title shot. (I have to put my foot down on this one Buzz, because that's ridiculous)
:shame:

If no ELIGIBLE opponent is WILLING to fight Jeanette for the WBA he can choose his own opponent. Unencumbered by the powers that be. The "loss" rule could be in effect if crease feels the need to "be the boss" and throw his weight around.

That would keep Corbett out of the pool. And a smile on creases face.

I'm afraid that it is not a case of me "being the boss" or "throwing my weight around" - I just happen to know that you wouldn't get away with a title shot while ranked 27th if The Commish was here.

As such, please don't be operating under the illusion that because of TF's absence - you will be permitted to running amok around this place and getting up to your usual shannanigans.
:shame:

You have a responsibility now and there's anew generation of Managers arriving who will look up to you as a Hall Of Famer - what sort of example do you think you are showing them?

You are notorious for your antics in the past - but a title shot for a guy ranked 27th?
That is excessive.
:shame:

He's right 'Buzz, a title shot for a guy ranked that low is stretching it a bit.
