Glittermonkey's fighters (Tyson and Patterson) have been withdrawn and have been added to the pool. However, as there's so little time left they (like Sam Langfoed) are not available for recruitment.

Johnson and Jeffries for two major belts and Lonsdale Pride will be sanctioned. A nod to these two managers for doing the right thing.
There will be but two sanctioned champions....ok three if you count the WBU/IBO.....at weeks end.
It's time for these to all come together.

I think that's impossible Buzz, for 2 reasons:
1. The WBC and WBO Titles can't leave The Super Six tournament - (by the time that the rota has ben fulfilled the season will be over)
2. The WBU title can't be unified with the WBA and IBF titles because the unified champion (Johnson or Jeffries) won't be elligible for the WBU title.
Anyways it's great to see unification fights come back - we have not had one since the "three defence" rule was introduced.
And in a nostalgic vein, we haven't seen once since waaaaaayyyy back in the Welterweight season when Sugar Ray Leonard finished off the season with the WBA and IBO Titles.
(Though for the unifying creditation - it was actually Sugar Ray Robinson who merged those titles together - WBA title in Week 9, IBO Title in Week 10)

Corbett will fight Shannon Briggs unless a managed fighter would like to be thrashed by the master boxer.

In which case Liston is still available. If no one wants to fight, then Sonny will happily get spanked by Langford or Tyson.

Confusion. What you just said....
Clarity: WBC&WBO will be unified this week
Clarity: WBA&IBF will be unified this week This will also have Lonsdale significance.
WBU soon to be called IBO will remain a wayward child
At some point perhaps they will all be united. But this will be a good step forward!

What I meant was that WBC/WBO Champ won't be able to face the WBA/IBF Champ until Week 41 (at the earliest) due to his Super Six obligations...
So if we end the season in Week 40, the four major titles will not be unified.

Aha! Gotcha.
Well then whatever we must do to bring this season to a full conclusion will be considered, and appropriate action taken.
After all legal requirements have been met, authorizations signatured, waivers processed and releases notarized.
