Extra large eggs usually contain around 3 grams of protein.

I used to have around 9 eggs. Sometimes i fried it, but most of the time, i boiled the whole egg then removing the yellow.
What's wrong with the yolk?

Balboa used to chuck the lot down :OhYes:

The yolk actually is more nutritious, but it also contains carb and fat.

Hahaha yeah it's pretty dull. I added tomato, coriander and red onion, laong with some black pepper and chilli flakes. It still tasted pretty boring to tell the truth.

Ha yeah I mean it takes a little getting used to. Once you get into the groove though its awesome. If you're serious about losing weight its all about the diet. I have been hovering around 185-190 lbs for 5 years and while it is a fine weight for me, I want to start boxing a lot more and if I seriously want to train, I gotta be down around 165-168. Super middleweight yo! So I'm making the effort with the diet that I have never made in the past. Its fun to see what your body can do. "Cheat meal" tonight. Tons of mexican style grilled chicken, refried beans, spanish rice and lots of scotch. It was great. Back to them whites tomorrow! :TU:

Not being quite as strict as you, mixing in tofu and chicken breast along with my egg whites in the evening meal. I've lost about 2kg's since starting on Monday. Although most of that was probably in the first day, seemed to be on the toilet all day
