If it sold 15000 at meadow lane how many would be from Nottingham ? 12000 , probably more than that , how many would go if its London or Manchester , Less than half , prob 4 or 5 thousand .(of the Nottingham fans i mean)

You are right mate, I think they would struggle to sell out in London. A lot of my mates are casual fans of boxing and I'm not even sure I'd get a full turn out of them in London. A weekend in Nottingham though with the boxing thrown into the mix seems to be encouraging a few of them! So a few thousand from all over the country and a large Nottingham contingent would see this sell really well if kept in Nottingham.

Been thinking about this, is this just another one of Hearn's great pr stunts!! does he think by coming out and saying that they have been inundated with calls, tweets, emails etc it is going to help sell the show, personally i think if they take this to a footy stadium or out of nottingham this event wont sell.

They will have to wait for the hearing on the fight fixing allegation before selling tickets, you'd think.

Looks like Hearn is meeting Nottingham council/the police today regarding staging this in Notts. I assume the press conference at 2 will still be when the announcement is made.

Hoping for Nottingham still
