I was just noseying at Danny Garcias record and it lists the purses for his fight with Holt>>Garcia $75k Holt $31k I realise this is American but thought it was interesting.
Would such fighters get more due to the tv money paid over there?
I dont know Garcias amateur credentials but the closest bracket from the list would be....
7 ) Lightweight Former ABA Champion currently unbeaten in 18 fights , no titles in pros yet .
9) Light Heavyweight Prospect Unbeaten in 20 , Current British champion .
Either way Garcia made a lot more than what perceive or know the British guys made?

In non title fights for up and coming prospects the number of rounds will normally dictate the purse.
Journeymen are getting £950-£1250 for 4 rounders.. average of £250 a round. The home fighter will be on something similar or less, but will be on commision for ticket sales.
A lot of it also depends on what weekend your show is on... i put on a show on the 3rd of march and even though i was the first promoter to list their show on boxrec for that weekend, by the time that weekend arose there was something like 8 shows on that weekend so the journeymen were in demand, i ended up paying about £100-250 more per away boxer than i would have on a quiet weekend.

3) Heavyweight with a record of 5-0 all by knockout .
4) Bantamweight with 10 wins and 7 losses
5) Light Middleweight with 6 wins and 2 losses (only 1 knockout)
6) Cruiserweight whos won 6 from 6 but with no stoppages

8) Middleweight Journeyman won 5 lost 40
9) Light Heavyweight Prospect Unbeaten in 20 , Current British champion .
10) Featherweight Superstar on Lb 4 Lb top 10 , won 32 (20 ko's) lost 1 .
Ill again clarify these are all completely fictitous and not based on any real boxers .
Im not saying i believe i know there values either , but for what its worth ill say below what my guesses would be , assuming they are just standard at selling tickets
1) £600
2) £2,000
3) £1,000
4) £800
5) £800
6) £1,000
7) £5,000
8) £1,000
9) £10,000
10) £ 100,000
If you think im wrong (which i likely am ) then say why and what you belive rather than just hammering me .

Depends on nationality, a British Olympic Medallist could earn 6 figures. I'd say $20K min.

-I doubt these would earn the same.
