Mathew Hatton deserves massive credit took heavy punishment in both fights and didnt get stopped . He also conducted himself like a proper man in the post fight presser following the brook fight which i thought was as impressive as his durability but be honest thats all he did .To say that Alvarez will not live up to the hype i believe is to make a statement you will later chew on . Canelo is awesome and will be a great one who both Hatton and Rhodes will look back and be proud they shared a ring with . Brook gets beat by Alvarez IMO at this stage and there aint no shame in that .

if you're a class operator it is quite easy to look good vs the ordinary matthew hatton who is tough enough to soak up the punishment.

brook has looked slick and correct in fights but could be a bit one paced. alvarez might be a bit upright but he's certainly not one paced, if the rhodes fight is anything to go by.

we need to see brook in a bit more of a live fight. if he's getting closer to the world title it should inevitably happen.
