If the "Fighting Panda" makes it through the ropes without injuring himself or heading back for another cheeseburger, he will last just long enough for the intros and anthems and the final instructions. When they tap gloves, Welliver will collapse in a heap of flab and roll back under the ropes.

Tua is over the hill & Welliver is over rated.

the welliver fight is one that green should have gone for as a one off novelty imo.
after the throw away line by hyder about green's power it could have been made if he wanted yeah?
surely he wouldn't lose to chauncy regardless of weight issue.
he could have snagged some token titles and made some good cash for it.

David has not fought in 18 months. After losing to Barrett he may have decided he had no future in the sport.

Boxing is full of rumours. 18 months is a long break for a man pushing 40.

Rumours often come from those "close to the fighter."

apparantly he's not fighting until July/August crazy that he's in the twilight of his career and he's still so inactive.

No guarantee he won't stay inactive. The older you get the harder it gets.

he certainly seems to be lacking motivation. Shame there's some good fights out there and plenty of money to be made.
