I have already taken the Chinny bit back as you know, and I will still stand by the fact that you can tell if anybody is any good or not in 1 fight, a rising prospect obviously not but a fighter with more than enough experience, you can tell as they aren't likely to have much more scope for improvement. Now Alan Minter was world class unlike your friend so you can't draw a comparison. He was a good world class boxer, Cameron is not world class or in my opinion obviously not a good boxer.

Minter beat Antuoefermo. He didn't beat Hagler.

The Hagler fight was the beginning of the end for Minter. Minter got beaten by McMillan, who came out here a few months later and got cleaned up by Charkey Ramon.

I was reading that the drug barret failed on is similar as having a few extra coffees? I think this is a even fight but am siding towards barrett as hes real cagey. Camerons punch resistance looks like its on the slide.

It is a stimulant, it is nothing like a "Few extra coffees".

I did see this fight live and I was wondering why it took so long for the test to come out ,It was around 3 months before the story broke after the fight.

This what barret said on a interview. "Barrett admits to using the workout supplement 1.M.R., a nitric oxide powder sold over the counter at GNC, but says he was unaware that it contained any banned ingredients. He also says he was using the supplement when he fought Charles Davis to a lethargic draw in January of this year, and did a drug test then that came up negative."

Anyway a few coffees might not be correct but it seems its sold over the counter. I would like to see a 3rd fight, i dont know why tua took so long to get started in that fight.

You would be surprised what you can buy over some counters.

I went for Cameron on points. But it wouldn't surprise me if he wears Barrett down and finishes him late.

Went to the boxing friday night and Cameron was doing the corners for a few of the corparate boys and the first pro fight. He looked fit as (not in a gay way) but looked too small for a heavy. Monte Barrett is going to be training at my mates gym, I asked him about the entourage, He said he'd let me know - got to about 20 at least, god bless America.

Check out "Boxing Insider." Cameron's manager Kenny Reinsfeld has been quoted as saying "Monte always has plenty to say, but Barrett has been put on his backside more times than a $2 hooker."

I don't think he was comparing Barrett to a rugby forward!

I think Cameron stands a good chance of winning, especially at the betting odds (+240). Barrett has been shot now for a while.

I agree. Both fighters are on the same level I believe. If it comes down to who wants it more I think Shane will get the win
