No, the title rankings will sort themselves out. And the first mando won't begin until Week 10.

Indeed. But we are not going to be using the Title Bout rankings - we are using the current points system up until Week 10, remember? After that I am open to suggestions...
Maybe a new points system? Detroit and Jbacca have both indictated that they have their own.

Aren't mandatories about form, rather than ranking?
Whoever gets the best start will be in every mando

Yes they are about form. But title bodies have a funny way of picking favourites... For example, last season the WBA adored Mike Tyson and they ranked him higher than the other 3 bodies.
A few seasons back, the WBO kept making Nino Benvenuti their WBO contender.
The title bodies really have a mind of their own.
