See the IBF thread.......simply an option. The IBF does not care how it takes place, but is quite annoyed, that no one can manage to win a fight between these four guys. So if the managers think they muster a win by changing up opponents.....the IBF will not stand in the way of PROGRESS.

Loi has not. He was called out bu Naseem Hamed, who has since signed to fight Joe Gans... Therefore, Loi gets The End fight. (Should The End not make an appearance of course)
