Audley asks to be made Price's mandatory
Re: Audley asks to be made Price's mandatory
Harrison v fury is the fight i would like to see. However price v harrison would be a high risk fight for both, i'd like to see it Gold v Bronze n all that.
Price hasnt fought someone with harrisons skill set and may learn something and if he wins he gets a big name on his cv and aud brings lots of exposure for him.
If harrison wins then he's right in the mix again.
If either lose it would be a massive blow for their careers, harrison would retire and price would have been overhyped.

Fury-Harrison would be a better fight and a potentially hilarious build-up.
Has Price stated whether he intends to win the Lonsdale belt outright?

It's definately a fight that I think needed to happen back when the 2 of them were more in their primes, but I think both have deteriorated equally meaning the winner of a fight now would be the winner of the fight that was meant to happen in December 06.
I think personally it is the fight to make. Skelton will come at Audley, so we will either see Audley go into a shell, but ship punishment and lose, or we will see Audley counterpunch and land on Skelton. I aint saying it would be the second coming of Ali v Frazier 3 but I don't think it would be the worst fight ever. Then the winner of that could call out Fury and Price. Price I hope will fight on the Khan bill.

I say make the fight.
At least when Price hits him, Audley will be unconscious so long, that when he wakes up, he will have been inactive so long they won't license him to fight.
Seriously though, I honestly think Price would just annihilate him with the first shot he lands. Audley wouldn't even have the physical advantages of height and reach, Price would actually be able to work from the outside and then bomb him out with a straight right.

Pricey don't really work from the outside as much as he should though. That's what makes him quite exciting. He can be tagged.
Re: Audley asks to be made Price's mandatory
I like Audley but Price would end him within 3. It would be very, very painful to watch.

It's a dead cert to happen now there's a petition going.kingfinn wrote:Dont forget about the harrison v fury petition http://www.facebook.com/pages/Audley-Ha ... 4695265342
I mean look through history at all the things that have been changed because of a petition. That and not going to work and walking through the streets with a plaque are definately the most effective methods of persuasion.
I used the above methods to get my ex girlfriend to take it up the Gary.
Re: Audley asks to be made Price's mandatory
I'm stunned that there are petitions with geniune, hardcore, fightfans about Harrison vs Fury.... 12 months and one fight ago people were saying he should never fight in this country again (not legally off course, but because of his dire performances).... short memories.

I like your thinking. Have you ever considered entering politics? Preferably not through the Gary though.jameswilson wrote:It's a dead cert to happen now there's a petition going.kingfinn wrote:Dont forget about the harrison v fury petition http://www.facebook.com/pages/Audley-Ha ... 4695265342

With the amount of support the petition has gained the fight is surely going to happen
Re: Audley asks to be made Price's mandatory
Just seen harrison tweeting that apparently FM and price are interested and the fight is likely to happen. I would have fought FM would be very happy make the fight to be fair.

More like A-Fraud in my eyes for all the potential and the raw ingredients for a potentially great modern heavyweight just never seemed able to deliver when it mattered and that is all I am going to say without giving myself a annuerism. As for him fighting David Price. Why not it would generate interest as Harrison know to casual fans for his Olympic Gold medal back in 2000 (can't believe it was long ago) and his recent appearance on Strictly (stop drooling over his dance partner KMH!!) would generate considerable viewing figures on Sky Television and ticket sales up at Aintree or the Echo Arena.Khaosai-Galaxy wrote:lacollier883 wrote:Would love to see this, Price would destroy A-Farce

Audley vs Price.... i don't thionk Audley would get in the ring. I think the fear would overcome him this time BEFORE the fight, which would work out best for A-Farce. Save him a trip to the hospital.

And the referee's giving his instructions, BOOOOM, Audley goes down from the glove touch, Price by devastating KO at -0.10 of the first round
