Any opponent? Commonwealth defense? It's about time Walsh got back in the ring, no his fault though, all Frank's.The Insider wrote:Not 100% but I don't think Shanes fighting for the title now. I hear Liam Walsh is now headlining.
Not much with 3 weeks or so notice. Why did Liam not have a proper fight lined upThe Insider wrote:CW defense I hear. Not sure of opponent though.
I recall them dissing Frank in Boxing News about a month back IIRC.leforge wrote:Not much with 3 weeks or so notice. Why did Liam not have a proper fight lined upThe Insider wrote:CW defense I hear. Not sure of opponent though.
But this fight coming up will be pointless. They need someone to get their careers back on trackBoxingAnalyst wrote:I recall them dissing Frank in Boxing News about a month back IIRC.leforge wrote:Not much with 3 weeks or so notice. clintonmcphilbin wrote:More likely the fight will be pushed back to sept to early to see whats going to happen. Enzo is a honest guy and he promised a rematch so cant see him doing anything else then fightin shane. Why should shane fight dickinson and the winner fights enzo when he was badly robbed shane next fight should be for the title no matter if its enzo or dickinson.

Just a frustrating reflection of the fights and the way they have been handled at CW in Britain for the past couple of years.

Could be worse Horse ? I think his punch resistance has gone now, if he carried on a damaging ko was on the cards sooner or later, so to go out on his feet winning the British title in his last fight would be fitting for a fighter who has had a great career. Nice guy as well, very respectful, good role model.Horse wrote:He will retire with his last match being one of the biggest farces in British boxing history? It's on ESB that it is a done deal.Bryn wrote:SimonTemplar wrote:So do we believe Enzo's hand injury story if it is true that he has signed to fight Cleverly on 14th July?
I'll be sorely disappointed it Clev fights Enzo Macc.

Not at all we want them asap coz SSS will beat them all imo,we were going to fight conquest before he got injured in SSS 5th fight now weve got Chris Keane 22nd JuneBryn wrote:billy nelson wrote:Stephen Simmons will fight any of them for the title!
I knew you'd be posting about Simmons before I clicked in the thread.![]()
From what I've seen of him he looks pretty good, but I think he needs a few more fights before he wants someone like JLD or Conquest.
Is this being billed as a British eliminator? This is a cracking fight. Chris has looked very good of late.billy nelson wrote: weve got Chris Keane 22nd June
Im not sure at this point, eithier way id think both fighters could be in a position to fight for the title should they win.The Insider wrote:Is this being billed as a British eliminator? This is a cracking fight. Chris has looked very good of late.billy nelson wrote: weve got Chris Keane 22nd June
The Board need to introduce 'Interim Titles' like all the WB* lads have, McPhilbin v JLD for 'Interim Title' Enzo 'Champ in Recess'BoxingAnalyst wrote:I'm glad, I hope big Enzo retires, he has nothing to prove.
Hopefully Mcphilbin/John Lewis Dickinson can be made for the vacant title, if Enzo gives it up.
Yeah doesn't matter really does it. This is a really good match of the young pretenders IMO. Common opponent is Rasani who Steve stopped and Chris WOP. Looking forward to this one.billy nelson wrote:Im not sure at this point, eithier way id think both fighters could be in a position to fight for the title should they win.The Insider wrote:Is this being billed as a British eliminator?
