One of the problems they have is making Rigondeaux marketable. he doesn't have huge fan appeal and his fighting style turns off alot of fans that like their blood and thunder type boxers.

Also he doesn't come across that well in interviews, maybe the language barrier is the problem there.
He needs the right fights, one that will test him a bit , but also make him more exciting to watch.

For myself i could watch a guy like this all day, his feints, speed and accuracy are great. But alot of fans don't go for it.

I'm with you on this. I've been reading a lot on forums over the past few days and not many appreciate what an excellent technician Rigondeaux is. Like other fans I do love a fighter who goes out for a tear up but talents like Rigo have to be admired too. I think the hardcore fans "get it" but the casuals not so much.

I also seems to look permanently miserable although im not sure if thats just his face
