Thoughts on Kell Brook for this weekend...

I can see this ending up a really good battle. Must admit to not knowing all that much about Jones before he started being linked with the fight, having watched back some of his previous fight I think he may test Brook (which is what he needs). Still think Kell will win, but he may have to have his chin tested on the way to winning.

Haven't seen anything else from Jones' trainer who was on here after the fight announcement thought he might become a regular in the build up - but I guess he has got more on his plate at the moment than posting on here

Undercard looks quality too really looking forward to Rees v Mathews. Glad to see Sky have increased the length of the programme, I think to 3 and a half hours now. So will get the 3 main events as we were always going to but an additional 30 minutes (I hope) of the best bit from the other fights on the card.

It's the kind of show I'm gutted I'm not going to. Decent undercard, like mfc_se15 I'm looking forward to seeing Matthews and Rees go at it again as it's a nice clash of styles (hopefully not heads) and it'll also be good to see if Proksa can use his brain a bit more now he knows Hope is pretty fcuking hard to stop.

Then you've got a decent test for Brook in a high pressure fight where he has loads to lose. His '0' makes him a pretty attractive opposition over the pond and if he can find these extra gears we keep hearing about and stop Jones in good fashion, hopefully he'll get more than the one route available to him. To be fair the potential final, final eliminator against Saldivia does nothing for me and if he can stay out of trouble for 12 whole rounds, Bailey is there for the taking.

I really like the way Brook is progressing, but I'd love to see him really go for it in this one and fully capitalise if he manages to hurt Jones

Not seen owt of Jones, but on paper this looks to be 'The Special Ones' 8) toughest test.

Human words can't describe how good Kel is! I hope he goes in there mean and menacing and puts the pressure on Jones, Great result if TSO stops him

The only issue for Brook is that he has let Jones get under his skin. He may try and have a blast at him if he loses discipline and leave himself open. It's Brook's fight to lose.

Jones is training in Sheffield and he is not a "special one" by all accounts - and Ezekiel is ready !

yeah jones isnt anything special by any account... i watched kell on ringside a few weeks ago and we all know kell is so laid back and hard to get a feeling out of ... kell said and i quote " i hate him" go on kell
