You still seem to have the face on with Matchroom when all they have done is put on far more quality cards than bad ones. Just do the same and its all good, like you say it'll be fantastic for the boxing fan.

I'm not bitchin here but what are these good cards that everyone is mentioning ? How many have there been, I cancelled sky sports cause I felt the general boxing coverage / shows were bad... ( I only watch boxing on Sky)

If you base it purely on Boxing then ts a no brainer. Boxnati0n p*sses all over Sky Sports IMO. They show the vast majority of all undercard fights on the show, rather than selecting 2 or 3 like Sky do. Boxnati0ns world coverage is quality to.

They have Robert Guerrero vs Selcuk Aydin, George Groves vs Francisco Sierra on Saturday plus then Pascal vs Cloud (thats if its still on?!?!?). They also have Robert Stieglitz vs Arthur Abraham, Randall Bailey vs Devon Alexander and Lucas Martin Matthysse vs Ajose Olusegun all on their schedule.

Plus then the Groves vs Anderson, Mitchell vs Burns and Price vs Harrison fights in Sept/Oct time.

It is a channel for boxing, so you would expect it to have more boxing content than a channel for all sports.

As you say, for boxing it's a no-brainer. Some great fights coming up - which fight are you looking forward to most from that list Casio?

End of the day Frank, millions of people use Twitter and Facebook. If you want to do well in Promotions in the modern era then you have to embrace these things.

I certainly wouldn't be critical of Matchroom for embracing these things and drumming up interest in their fights through social media, you can't stand still in this game, you're either moving forwards or backwards! People who moan about Twitter/Facebook in that context just make themselves sound..... old.

As a promoter I prefer Eddie to FW, but BN is a better boxing channel, it has to be.

Mitchell v Burns is the one I am mightily looking forward to, really am. Secretly looking forward to giving the Randal Bailey one a watch too. Fully expect it to be worse than even the Jones fight was for 10 rounds, but there is always a chance he will catch him. Oh and looking forward to watching Groves fight regular too, it has been a scandalous amount of time.

How can you be no1 if you never build a fighter from the start of his career, Any one can come in with a cheque book after all the building work has be done there not to many promoters who have build fighters career from the start you could name them on less than one hand.

Though I had only heard bad reports about Maloney by people who have dealt with him, I thought I would judge him by my own experience of dealing with him, unfortunately I had a negative experience with him as well, add to that his plan of action when he wanted to be elected politically in his local area, not my cup of tea to say the least.

What about a certain bet with El Maachi that you did not want to honour or a joint show in Stoke, with regards to myself I suggest you think again and remember. I was a big fan of Lennox and liked the way you was involved but my opinion changed when I spoke to you on the phone some years later.

El Maachi told everyone, including me that he had a wager with you in front of witnesses that he would knock out your unbeaten prospect ( at the time )Kevin Conception, the bet was if he did not you would not have to pay him, but if he did you have to pay him double, the deal was agreed apparently, but after he did it, you refused to pay him and he had to threaten to come to your office to get paid, there are always two sides to every story, so I would be interested to know yours on here, but would a fighter want to make up such a story, when he needs the promoters for work ? most people on here know who I am, check the posts, if you remember I sent you DVD and CV of my fighter and son along with other major promoters at the time, you left us a message to call you back, which I did, you told me that you wanted to arrange a meeting with us, the next week in our town and could I call you on the monday to arrange a time and day that week, I called you on the monday and you tried to make out as though you did not know who I was or my fighter and acted as though the conversation never took place, I found it very unprofessional, we later signed for allegedly. In June my fighter went to Italy to fight for the WBC International title against the number 6 in the world Emanuelle Della rosa, who had fought for a world title and only losing by a split decision to ZBik in Germany, despite it being a big step up in class with only 14 fights under his belt and only aged 22, my fighter was on the wrong side of a really bad decision, and lost close points decision over 12 rounds at 3 and a half weeks notice, my fighter as now been given a world ranking by the WBC because of the injustice and his performance, you must know who we are now? With the stoke show they ended up out of pocket after the show was shown on Tv. I do agree with you on your comments on competition in the industry, but my dealings with you after I took the time to write to you, where not to my liking to say the least.

Don't you believe anything, it was not just El Maachi who said it, I spoke to other people who was at the show, infact it made news around the Industry at the time that a the bet was made between them, also reporters who where on the same train as El Maachi, where told he was going to offer the bet to Maloney and what do you know about the stoke show ? The fight in Italy was watched by many on the streams, read their comments on the forums on facebook ect, they all thought Nasser was getting robbed from the first few rounds, Boxing news thought he won, most of the Italian press thought he was unlucky not to get it, the WBC felt the same way, thats why Nasser has been given a world ranking, watch the fight again if you have watched it at all, notice in Della Rosa's corner how his chief second was going crazy, they knew he was in trouble, I must have had over hundred people tell me he won and Nasser has been told by everyone he has spoke to he won, only one thought he lost, on this forum, all the haters who slagged him off on this forum went missing after the fight funny enough, after the first four rounds he was behind on the scorecards after dominating, after 6 rounds he was still behind, the only reason Della Rosa got into the fight in the middle rounds was because Nas had to trade with him more to try and hurt him because they were robbing us on the score cards, in 2 of the rounds Nasser wobbled him watch the slow motion replays, you have your opinion, but you don't speak for everyone else who watched the fight live, it's easy to judge a fight after you know the result, because most people will justify it afterwards. Nasser won the fight, he may not of got the decision, but he won it. Count the punch stats, you will be shocked, I have.

I am real lost here i have no idea who use are or which fighter you are talking about you can email me or put your name and fighters name up here as i cant recall it and if i was rude to you on the phone i am sorry is not my style but if you tell me more i may recall it, as a lot has happen over the years and maybe your phone call got me on a bad day who knows.
