I still think Harrison will take Abelyan to the cleaners and then look for a unification fight.

Who ever thinks Brodie will beat Harrison are having a laugh,AFTER Chi beats the sh it out him,Brodie will be on the phone begging Harrison for a match,we seen everything he had to offer in the first fight with Chi and lets face it Chi was robbed, but i suppose he will just have to do it all again and lets hope this time we see justice

I can't help feel that has settled for the fact that the only reason he can beat his opponents is based on his size. (A chill runs down my spine everytime i see him at the weigh-in.)
Shirow, didnt you notice that Estrada was two inches bigger than Scott & had a longer reach?
Harrison did brilliantly tonight beating a dangerous big punching opponent who lets not forget had never been stopped, credit where credits due
I meant that Scott's natural size and probably fighting weight was greater (and always is) than his opponents. By your measure Chris Byrd is bigger than David Tua.

Estrada's capitulation was baffling and like one of the commentators said maybe that robbed Scott of a more convincing victory. Like i said he is still winning (and hence credit where it's due) and i'd pitch him in with MAB he'd be a heavy underdog but based on Harrrison's recent performances MAB might be keen and on Scott's side maybe Marco is at the end of the road.

Not impressed by Harrison i am afraid, after the Medina fights he seems to have regressed in technique from a tight solid pressure fighter to a club brawler intent on taking his opponents out with his brute strength and wild hooks. The reason i think he will not fair well against the better fighters is simply because he was messed around tonight by a last minute replacement from Colombia who gave his all for four rounds and then crumbled...the better fighters won't crumble after four rounds. They will mess him about for twelve rounds and if all he has to rely on is what he showed last night then i worry for him. I was really looking forward to seeing Abelyan in there as he presented a real test but judging by the Harrison that turned up last night i am glad Abelyan wasn't in there with him because a loss could have been a serious possibility judging Abelyan's record. Get Scott Harrison in with Brodie or Chi next whoever wins (i guess Chi), these are the type of fights he can win and make money from, as for Barrera, Pacquiao, Marquez etc keep them the hell away!!

Harrison looks like a defeat waiting to happen I'm afraid. Pacquio would rip him to shreds.

So many of our boxers just stay at home training with dad, he has not improved in a couple of years now, you would have thought after the first Medina fight Scott would have made an effort to tighten things up, become a but cuter defensively but he looked easier to hit than ever, the first couple of rounds were almost embarrassing.

I think you make a good point there Goz, i mean no disrespect to Peter Harrison or Enzo Calzaghe etc but maybe our top boys suffer from a lack of exposure to alterior training regimes. I mean lots of Irish boys go to USA after Collins set the example and maybe what i am saying is if these guys in Britain invested in a top trainer or at least spent some time over in America or whatever they could improve dramatically, is it a coincidence that Farnell comes out and smashes away an albeit limited Murphy but looked better to me after he had reportedly been sparring and training in America? Pack your bags lads and get on the plane!!

Exactly. Look at how the very best fighters continue to improve throughout their careers, to a point anyway. Look at home much Barerra improved after Junior Jones beat him twice, Harrison is just stagnating and will then go into reverse... Nobody is teaching him any new tricks...
