Mick Hennesey - not a quitter for sure. Well done to him.
He's guided one top ex amateur super middle to a word title, so maybe he can do it again.

Fair point, he's had to endure a pretty tough few years. His stable probably needs a few more additions but he desperately needed another headliner and he has managed to get one of the most recognisable names in the sport. All we need now is for some money left in the kitty for opposition...

Still very early days if Eddie Hearn can do much better.
During Froch's time with Hennessy he got
1) Prime time live slots on ITV 1 and ITV 4.
2) Live slots headlining on the BBC.
3) US primetime coverage
4) Two world title wins.
5) A fight with one of the biggest names in the devision as a first defence (Taylor).
7) Super 6 Entry
8) Headlining bills on Sky.
-------------------------
So far Froch has only had one true fight under matchroom - that hasn't been pre negotated with a thanks to Hennessy. It was a good one, but Eddie couldn't secure live US TV with a major network for it.
Lets see how Eddie does for Froch in later fights - while I am not blaming Eddie or Froch in one little way.... he needs an easy one. Froch's first title defence opponent isn't great.

Soon as Froch was well known he ditched Hennessy didn't he?

He managed to bring Pascal to Nottingham, secured a fight with Jermain Taylor and got him into the Super Six giving Carl the perfect stage to do his thing.

That 25% will help Frank in purse bids if he decides to throw a spanner in the works.

He did everything he could. ITV fvcked him and all the fans who'd watched his epic war with Pascal.
