Tickets for Tyson Fury's next fight on sale tomorrow 10am
Re: Tickets for Tyson Fury's next fight on sale tomorrow 10am
Next thing we know our canny British promoters will start selling tickets to TBA vs TBA. I imagine the press release would go something like....
Evening with the stars. Surprise headline attraction. Come along to a night of boxing guranteed to knock your socks off. Tickets on sale now, participating boxers to be announced later.

Tried to get them banned from posting a good few years ago around the time Froch was having problems with Inklin. Had transport, hotel and ticket all sorted only for the rumours to surface that Inklin was injured. Not a word from HS Press despite me and numerous others posting questions and sending PM's. Ditto the rearranged fight. Smacks of arrogance to be posting press releases whilst ignoring questions.JamesH wrote:Good to see consistent PR from HP, its shite, but its consistently shite.
First and last time I've been to a Hennessey show, piss poor card - and for those that think you get better treatment at ringside, you don't Tim Bradley's Uncle Rich sat in front of us, he was around 6'6 tall and 6'6 wide and jumped up if Tim somemuch as sneeezed. Now fecker did ought.

It's an odd approach. They throw something (or in this case nothing) out there and then they do a runner. I think Mick has done well fighting the odds and you want to get behind them, but they don't half make it difficult!Dirk Kelly wrote:Tried to get them banned from posting a good few years ago around the time Froch was having problems with Inklin. I haven't laughed this hard for a while that was geniusejruane wrote:Cue angry Mr Fury (wearing large baseball cap at jaunty angle and drooling out of the right corner of his mouth): "See you Mitchell..you little stiff baldy cockney garage owner and mechanic...er...and pub landlord or sumfin...you call me anyfin and I'll knock out you and your gay lover...who is your bruvver who's not in it anymore...you'll need 10 mechanics to...um...mend your car..erm...I mean..' etc.danconnollyeire wrote:pudendum's really. If you don't buy a ticket you won't get one in time. Then you'll be left with Fury vs Phil Mitchell or somethinglillywhite14 wrote:What type of opponent can we expect?
Is it a ticking over, stay busy fight etc?

But as usual the silence is deafening! But in fairness the silence does say a lot as they are not willing to defend security arrangements at Fury fights and they are selling tickets before announcing the opponent.
I think I remain the only poster to make a post that HS Press responded to.

If all they do is come on here to advertise their shows/brand etc and fail to engage in any sort of conversation they should be banned.Dirk Kelly wrote:Tried to get them banned from posting a good few years ago around the time Froch was having problems with Inklin. I think they responded to Frank Maloney once or it may have been FW's tea boy, they have definitely responded to one of them though.jameswilson wrote:Coco wrote:A response from HS Press would be nice.

Dennis Boytsov is a far better opponent that Matt Skelton.

Furys been hammered on here even though his resume overall is better than price's, he has no amateur experience compared to price and he's 6 years younger, a complete baby in heavyweight terms.keithmoonhangover wrote:Dennis Boytsov is a far better opponent that Matt Skelton.
if he hadnt been such a cock recently it wouldnt happen.

so true. the situation is developing where price can do no wrong fighting the likes of Harrison and Skelton. Imagine if Fury announced he was fighting Skelton? But then there are never any shades of grey with boxing fans, they love a pantomime villian.Wales wrote:Furys been hammered on here even though his resume overall is better than price's, he has no amateur experience compared to price and he's 6 years younger, a complete baby in heavyweight terms.keithmoonhangover wrote:Dennis Boytsov is a far better opponent that Matt Skelton.

Guess I must have been asking trival questions then:danconnollyeire wrote:Dear HS Press why do you choose to piss all of boxing fans??MachoMan09 wrote:They've responded to me before. You just have to ask the right questions.

Is it true Inkin has pulled out? Can you confirm so we can cancel transport / hotel without paying a penalty, what is the deal with the rearrnaged fight can we have a refund? Is it true Inkin has pulled out again? Can you let us know so we can cancel transport and hotels without paying a penalty unlike last time when you didn't tell anyone till last minute? Now Froch isn't headling and the card is poor can we have a refund on tickets?
Can't think why I would have wanted those kind of questions answered!
