I wish he would retire, but its his decision. I don't think he has any punch resistence left , the first time Haye and Price landed his legs did silly things under him, both are world class punchers, but i can see anyone near the top 30 doing the same to him now.

This is a serious post. When will this man be sectioned? Seriously. Boxing is not a sport for mentally ill people

Look at him more closely, and you'll see that he doesn't believe what he says. But he's happy to take the way paid opportunities. It's more of a case of ''lets see what happens'', and has been for some time. Fair play to him.

Is he mentally weak in the ring? Yes, of course.

Is he mentally ill? Behave.

He'll seem to be deluded to those who know what he had is well and truly gone, but as long as enough keep watching he wont care one bit. He believes that he has a chance in every fight he has, and this is true (however unlikely). He's great at PR, self manages and earns a boat load of cash. Wish I was that ''mentally ill.''

The mentally ill believe they're in control until it all unravels around them, I'm not saying he is, maybe it is all one big money making laugh .

Who would be interested though now? His last few fights have been nothing short of a joke which fill Audley's wallet...he isn't getting any younger, the fans are sick and tired of the empty promises and most of all, it's only a matter of time before he gets seriously hurt if the Price fight is anything to go by. A few people on here feel that domestic titles aren't beyond his capabilities, but would anyone give him the chance?

I don't mind audley fighting on, as long as he does so at the level he is at

what need to happen is for good fighters and particularly dangerous punchers like haye and price, to steer clear of him and stop seeing him as an easy payday.

And he needs to stop eyeing world titles and his "destiny"

I am sorry to say that Haye was right all along, Audley is delusional, he needs to wake up and realise it's over, Yes he can !

Audleys problem has always been his punch resistance, he's absolutely terrified of getting hit, there's no danger of him getting brain damage as he only takes one clean punch and he's either out on the canvas or running away.

Does this statement mean he will continue as a journeyman???

I don't agree with macho man & the rugby bit.

The fact a lot of good heavies have successfull till there late thirtys has been a bad inspiration to Harrison

He wants one more shot at glory he says. As much as i like the guy he looked absolutely petrified against price he couldnt even get a proper jab going. World honours are out of the question. But i wish him all the best!

I dont think Rugby will maintain this attitude for long, it seems that finally, in 2012 brain damage resulting from sport has become an "issue"

Fury fight is only one I am interested in. Good yardstick to compare Price with.

Even though I have not been Audleys biggest fan, I do not like seeing boxers hurt. His punch resistance has gone, if he does carry on and gets a big tag on the whiskers he could be seriously hurt, Audley is by far not the most popular guy on the board, but I doubt anyone here wants to see him get hurt.

Audley, please retire and play poker instead, just think of your wife and daughter for god sakes man!!!
