You don't, he appeared that way to me. Nothing I've ever read or watched about Malcolm gave me the impression that I was anything more than a vile creature in his eyes.

The premise of this thread is pretty stupid . Of course Ali and Dudee didn't hate each other
. they had one of the longest most sucessfull fighter/trainer relationships in boxing history.

Even though Ali and Dundee had a great relationship, Ali still considered Dundee as an associate.
