Both could end up hitting the deck pretty sharpish. I suspect Browne is ultimately be the one who gets polaxed. He's tasted canvas a number of times in mma and in his early fights.

This will be over in three rounds. Either could chin the other, whoever lands first?

I won't be expecting any finesse.

towers will need to pull out his best, cause lucas is built like a brick shithouse.

hopefully the best man wins and that the ref doesn't pull a swifty. :)

I heard the winner gets David Price so they will both have losses on their record within the next few months.

Realistically does Price need to pad his record like that? Might as well get on with facing the masses of proper Euro-level fighters on the continent.

maybe he wants to defend the lonsdale to win it , cant blame him ,but unless eiter of the guys are really at there very best ( iknow the aussie wont be a lonsdale defence) and can give him something competative over 12 then it could be worth it ... but a big if

seth mitchell was suppose to be the next big thing.

don't get too cocky about price, he has yet to face great competition.

David Price: he's certainly dealing with the domestic rivals in a manner that Danny Williams, Matt Skelton and Audley Harrison could only dream of!

If this is true, I'm flummoxed. Browne and Towers would both be a huge step back for Price.

But if this is a Commonwealth Title eliminator (as billed) then they would have 'earned' their shot and (in theory) Price would be obliged to fight them. Its another argument whether Price would fight them though.

He should vacate rather than fighting one of those two. Both are way below his level right now.

But both are better than Skelton and Harrison

Nonsense. They are both rank amateurs who wouldn't last 2 rounds with Price.

You're trolling, no? Even at this late stage of their careers, both Skelton and Harrison are significantly better than the two novices, Browne and Towers.

Browne is pretty chinny - he went down the first round of his fight with no hoper Scott Belshaw. Plus he was stopped few times by punches in a short lived mma career.

There both piss poor in fairness, terrible footwork, hands all over the place, balance is appalling, pair of big stumbling gobshites, but out the pair I see Browne winning by stoppage, but has of either of them having a chance with Price is laughable. Yes Price has not faced anyone yet, and has a question mark of his chin, like most punchers in fairness, but the fighters he has faced he has dealt with in exactly the manner he should be. Both are well below Price level. IMO Matt Skelton & Audley Harrison would knock both Browne & Towers out aswell. :TU:

Browne and Towers are both unbeaten and both have a slight chance of putting Price on his arse IF they were to connect cleanly (freakier things have happened)

Harrison is a 30 second punch bag with no danger. Skelton posses very very little danger
