I finally checked Senchenko out on You Tube. I can see why Hatton picked him - pretty predictable and very average power. Still a fit guy who does the basics well though. If Hatton's stamina gives out he could be in trouble. I guessing this will go the distance.

surely the relevant point here is what hatton has left, not his opponent. 3n a half years ago hatton may have dealt with him easily, but its now , and hattons abused his body big time. anyway , malignaggis style could have been senchenkos bogey. i wouldnt want to bet in this fight, unless it was a big big price on senchenko.

I assumed so blindly that Hatton wouldn't book himself a fight he wasn't sure of winning that I didn't even stop to consider the likelihood of Paulie's style (which I've never really rated, tbh, he's got fast hands & a great chin but he's not defensively a wizard) flummoxing Senchenko so horrifically.

It now seems that because Paulie took his jab away it killed Senchenko. That Hatton failed so miserably to find a way to do the same was ultimately his undoing, I feel, though he'd've probably still lost had he managed to avoid getting jabbed forty million times he might not have been worn down & KTFO'd.

He was chatting up a trio of blondes and looked mildly annoyed at the distraction, but he answered the questions, shook my hand and then seamlessly got back to chatting up the blondes, who had all waited patiently for him to shine his light on them again. He went up in my estimation that night.
