Bar a bolt of lightning from the gods Magee has no chance at all

Im a big supporter of Magee, but unfortunately he becomes extremely vulnerable after the 6th and goes down very easily.

I forecast Kessler will close the show in the second half, inside the distance after a spirited early performance by Brian.

i maybe one of the few who thinks magee is an overated fighter. Ive yet to see him win a remotely big fight and he doesnt have the speed or power to beat any top fighters. I favour both groves and degale to beat magee.

Kessler will be far too strong and skilled and dominate magee and force a stoppage in about 7 rounds

Got to say I'm going for a Kessler stoppage (odds of 1/2 for a Kessler ko/tko). Can't see Magee troubling Mikkel at all and the first knockdown may be very early.

Double that up with a Darren Barker points win(6/4) and you are looking at a nice 11/4 or 3/1 for the double on certain sites.

SO much a stake for Kessler with the Froch rematch next year and the benefits that go with that.
With that in mind can see no other result than a Kessler victory, but he may adopt caution so I'm going for a shut out points victory.

Kessler by stoppage, probably by body shots

I put this down to his switch to Bernardo Checa about 5 fights ago.

Magee by TKO body shots in the 8th
Nonsense. Total nonsense.

Its a good thing opinions are like arseholes

However I wish him well and hope I'm wrong

Both men are old in terms of age. Magee especially so. Kessler in 9.

Solid fighter that Magee is with a fantastic list of fighters on his record but he won't have fought many who can hit like Kessler. Like C-P said, Magee isn't the guy to take advantage in Kessler slowing down, or any chin/body weaknesses tbh.
Sky aren't showing this to showcase Magee, it's all about the Froch rematch.

Spot on
