Bit annoying how tony is beating the drum for his opponent.the fighter is the underdog & tony has been in better company then his opposition to date.
It's a stacked show & young hearns is delivering & it is a very significant fight with great importance better then some wbo road sweeper.i expect bellew to win unless that cut re opens because against a busy fighter there is no doctor that would let him continue with that.
Basically tony stop insulting fight fans intelligence & be honest in the fact you hugely fancy this fight!!
The fact your potentially one fight away from a world wide showdown with Dawson .
I'm impressed with what Eddie has achieved & is pitching his lads in!

Drew with a s.middle not banging people out below world level & bellew done a job on Miranda he failed to.
You suggesting this kid is favourite then?

Almost everyone who saw that fight admits he was unlucky not to get the nod and Oosthuizen is a very good fighter and a lot better than anyone that Bellew has beat. Chilemba has been in with and beaten better people than Bellew has done, I fancy him to do a job on Bellew tbh

I've seen snippets of him on YouTube . He has had five bouts in the states & he looks fluid & technically sound he can fight back & forth.
I wouldn't look at him & say potential world champion! No way infact.
I think he could be very slippery depending on bellews tactics.
Bellew can be very flat footed IMO & this kid can box & move & commits when pressing & is extremely open. I think the best move for bellew is to hold centre & make Chilemba come on too him rather then chase him. I think mgirt will send him out the first rd to show he means business.

It's definatly his toughest opponent to date (bar Cleverly) as someone pointed out earlier Chilemba has beaten the better opposition.

Look if Miranda hadn't of fought bellew people would be raving on about how he best Miranda . Got heavily dropped by that Russian who recently beat geard ajetovic on pts apart from him I don't know who else he has beat?? Boxed a journeyman last time out??
I'd say mcintosh is a better scalp then Miranda also.this guy aint anywhere near as good as cleverley !!
Bellew has mixed it up higher.we will soon find out anyhow

He doesn`t all that does he..
An old shop worn Miranda was on the front foot against him most of what I watched.
Good matchmaking for Bellew ..
Bellew gets stoppage against what looks like in that one fight I have watched on Chilemba, a pretty weak opponent.

Thank you.. This is a hard fight but one I must win to get where I wanna get..

No worries. If you don't mind me asking, out of interest, what weight will you/did you start camp at and what's your diet look like?
12 pound last week.. Equated to 1 pound a week pal..

I ain't insulting no one! I think this kid is a top fighter! Was willing to face Erdei who is another top fighter! He beat Ousthizen IMO who is a good fighter!! I believe this will be a fight were ill have to be at the top of my game or ill lose! He's the most complete fighter I've faced! He does everything well..

Easy, a pound a week is no problem. Almost all your attention can focus on training to improve and get fit rather than getting thin enough for the scales. That's the way it should be.

What's unimpressive about drawing with a world class SMW? Would a win over Roberto Bolonti or Danny McIntosh be more impressive?
You're mentioning a bout Chilemba had in 2010, so why not mention Bellew's trips to the canvas against McKenzie and Asijafe that year? It seems to me like you're cherry picking.

Wouldn't call him world class yet! The lad is a super middle, massive one at that & he is not no way near ready for froch,Kessler, dirrell etc.
Degale & groves are far more better IMO.
People don't appreciate are own talent & I don't no where they or how they weigh up how good a fighter is when they don't even know or understand the level of there opposition.
I've watched the pair of these South Africans & they are good fighters with good skill sets & I'd fancy are talent all day long like!

Ajisafe had bellew in bother then???
Made bellew look sloppy but how many rds did he pinch...
Wincobank fighters are notorious for giving people fits I can give you many examples.
As for Mckenzie the man hits like a mule!! Are you being serious the geezer bangs over big hardend cruisers!!& I Chilemba got bounced of the canvas twice from a big super middle in that Russian who is pretty crude. If Mckenzie caught him he'd be sleeping.
& you forgot about the Latvian who floored bellew with a body shot in his home town another corralled like performance !

Groves and Degale could beat TO, but I don't see a basis for saying that they 'are far more better." You used Bellew and Chilemba's performances against Miranda to argue that Bellew is better than Chilemba, so why not mention how TO beat Zuniga as easily as Degale did? Or how he beat Sierra as easily as Groves did?
TO is easily top 10 and probably close to top 5 at SMW; a draw with a fighter of that caliber is not unimpressive as you seemed to be suggesting, especially considering that many people who watched the bout thought that Chilemba should've won. As I asked before, is such a draw against TO less impressive than a win over Danny McIntosh or Roberto Bolonti?

So if Bellew has been dropped by domestic level fighters several times, why should Chilemba's disputed draw with a top 10 SMW and his wide points win over Miranda preclude him from being a favorite (not that he should be a favorite based on a broader analysis)? I find it very odd that you would highlight the latter two cases as evidence that Bellew is clearly the superior fighter, yet maintain that the problems Bellew had against opponents like Asijafe, McKenzie, and some Latvian are relatively trivial and don't bear much on who should be favored to win.

Ajisafe won 2 rds out of 10 caught bellew square on off balance. It was a punch but no damage.
Mckenzie hit him with a sledge hammer stated got up from two heavy knock downs fighters don't get up from & got on top & finished Mckenzie in a war & gave him a return & ud'd him.
Chilemba lost to a bum & came back & beat him. Bellew never lost.
Crusader your going on like Chilemba is setting the scene on fire!

Oosthuisan I would like too see come over here.i can't see groves unless its his last fight in his contract & Hennessy IMO is a lost cause with little finance!
I think hearns could make a fight with fielding.plenty of saffers over here to sell out a venue & matchroom are getting fans off the sofa & can deliver value shows

In 2007 Chilemba lost to an 8-4 opponent, and he defeated his conqueror in an immediate rematch; in 2008 Bellew was dropped in a winning effort by a 3-22 Latvian.
In 2010 Chilemba drew with top 10 SMW Thomas Oosthuizen; in 2011 Bellew lost a competitive decision to Cleverly.
In 2011 Chilemba was dropped twice by Vlasov, but he arose to win a comfortable decision; in 2008 and twice in 2010 Bellew was dropped by either domestic level opponents or journymen, but he arose to win.
In 2012 Chilemba lost 2-3 rounds against Miranda; that year Bellew was horrifically cut by a punch from Bolonti.
My point is that the struggles—the timing, nature, and frequency of them, and the opponents who provided them—of each fighter are similar, but you're negatively focusing only on those endured by Chilemba, while ignoring or excusing those endured by Bellew. When an analysis is one-sided as such, it makes the match up seem less even than if it were analyzed in a more balanced manner. I think it's laughable that one could find fault with a draw against Thomas Oosthuizen, but not more fault with some of Bellew's lackluster performances that have been mentioned.
I don't think that Chilemba is 'setting the scene on fire.' I do, however, think that your analysis of their respective abilities is flawed in a way that makes the bout seem less evenly matched than it is.

Look Chilemba has the boxing ability to defeat bellew .I've stated bellews weakness is he is flat footed & could come unstuck.more to the point I said I favour bellew & was stating why & you favour bellew so why are we debating??
Chilemba is a live opponent but I don't get the impression he has that ingredient to take somebody's crown, I could be wrong, but regardless I see him as abit of a gate keeper type & a very respectable opponent no doubt.

No...erm I ain't great at articulating with literature!
I've said bellew stopped a opponent he couldn't implying bellew has done better & this kid can't get past a good super middle.
I have been a bit ignorant in posts but some fans need a taste of there own medicine. Any knowledgeable fan would know Miranda would of been very comftable & fit fighting out of Vegas & not much can be drawn from both facing a different Miranda who I've stated blows hot & cold & coming over here could of been for the pay check thinking he was facing another joey Vegas

One last post on this topic & I'm done.
This guy was took the full twelve by a stagnated adamu who later robbed dilks then easily got wiped out by
The fact bellew has dealt with awkward fighters like ajisafe & mcintosh who also is a stiff puncher & the fact he has dealt with the strength of Mckenzie & relentless style of cleverley who even backed of bellew.
To me bellew has been in deeper waters & this stands him in good stead.i think bellew takes 3-4 rds to get to grips with Chilemba then stalks him for a stoppage between 8-10 rds
