Thats 10 names I feel deserve to be above him.
I feel solis and price would beat him but they don't deserve to be above him.

Why do Boystov, Helenius, and Arreola deserve to be above him? Chagaev also hasn't done anything meaningful for 5 years.
I think that Helenius, Arreola, and Chagaev are arguable, and I don't see any case for Boystov being ranked higher than Fury. I agree on the other six though.
