Too bad Ruiz`s career did not end with that hook. That shot on the way down was vicious. Tua had huge power.

Julio Cesar Chavez Snr left's hooks to the body against Greg Haugen in Mexico City back in 1990 were some of the most powerful and vicious left hooks I have ever seen.

He threw great left hooks. Chavez’s biggest problem IMO was that he didn’t generate top level one-shot power. He overran opponents. Systematically crushing them.
