tunney himself agreed he had been badly beaten up by greb in the first fight - his face was a terrible mess yet through a terrible beating he had sussed how to beat harry. this rings true of tunneys attitude to the sport

That was the first fight that sprng to my mind when i saw this thread, except it was a stoppage. Im not sure if it was entirely one-sided, but by all counts Armstrong suffered a savage beating at the hands of Zivic.

I'm pretty sure the first one went the distance.that's the one I was refering to. Terrible beating Henry took and he was down but it was a UD for Fritzie. The second one Fritzie stopped him.
