I never thought too much of Robinson. Never had a real punch, and was too defensive. Used to just cover up like a turtle and absorb punches, which was his downfall. He was a bit of a Jim Braddock in the way he rose to stardom.

This would be embarrassing; Naseem never learnt to box & just relied on power & athleticism.

Willie Pep would take him to school & pick him up in the afternoon again!!!!! :o

Not so.

He had fairly impressive performances against Tom Johnson, Wilfredo Vazquez, Billy Hardy , Wayne McCullough, Paul Ingle and Vuyani Bungu.

Those fights happened after he fought Robinson and all of said fighters were of a higer class than Robinson.
Maybe you should do a little research if you aren’t old enough to remember the boxers you have put down as the bones to your argument.

Pep would win every second of every minute of every round against Prince Naz and Saddler would have stretched out Naz for a count of fifty.
