Rose bares a slight resemblance to Sergio Martinez. Only noticed it now after watching the interview on Sky.

Were the official scorecards ever shown at the time of stoppage?

Anyone else think the stoppage was a bit premature? Alcine took a good shot and was buzzed, but I didn't see him in any sort of trouble when it was waived off.

Yeah, I thought it was a premature stoppage too. Rose did throw a flurry of 8-10 punches but most of them caught Alcine's gloves. According to the commentators Rose was ahead on the judges scorecards. I had it very close going into the last and at the time I felt it could go either way if it went the distance.

Despite that being a very good win for Rose (on paper), I'm still not sold on him.

non were anounced on site as i was intrested in the score and didnt find out

Some close rounds, but I'm surprised he was up that much. As I recall, the commentators had it by a point for Rose after 10.
