As you know, I always have mate.

A lot of people thought he would have lost to Chisora, Johnson, Cunningham or all three.
Against Pulev, he needs to concentrate and keep his hands up, but either way he will find a way to win.

What's he going to do about a man who gets his feet in the right place and jabs? He's not going to wear him out, he certainly can't outbox or outwork him. Do you think he can knock Pulev out?

What's with the (Luke Fury)? We all know Tyson is his middle name which he prefers to use. Do you do this with the countless others who don't use their birth name? Louis, Marciano, Ali, Robinson etc. Must take you ages to write posts...

It's very hard to envisage even the most switched on version of Fury avoiding getting TKO'd by Pulev at some stage.
That said, I'm not going to let any ridiculously bold predictions in Tyson's favour make me root against him. By the time the ring walks start even the blind faithful will know just how much Fury is risking real humiliation. All BS aside, Pulev is highly unlikely to succumb to anything that Fury has displayed so far in his career.

Naaah
Last year Pulev couldn't knock Travis Walker out, who countless others have and is regarded as massively chinny.
Perez will probably highlight this tonight and KO him early
Pulev has many attributes but punching power is DEFINITELY not one of them.
Hell, Audley Harrison managed to dispose of common opponents Rossy and Sprott quicker than Pulev did
Pulev is hugely overrated.
This is a much more straightforward fight for Tyson than Cunningham was. Cunningham is fleet of foot and has very quick hands.
Pulev is by comparison much slower and a LOT easier to hit. He also a much smaller reach than Cunningham and (although he is listed an inch taller than Cunningham) looks shorter, which the reach stats would support.
He has a granite jaw, for sure and a good jab but has beaten no one of the level USS has like Huck and Adamek.
Stiverne, I would avoid at all costs though if I was Fury

Well done genius. Walker took Perez the 10 round distance.

Wrong again. Pulev stopped Sprott in 9 rounds. And Pulev fought a Rossy who wasn't a last minute sub and worn out by two previous fights.
You're judgement really has to be brought into question. You sound delusional.

Delusional?
Walker has been KOd early by Adamek (who Cunningham beat), Lepai (who Kevin Kingpin Johnson KOd
) Jonathon Banks (who Adamek KOd)
Pulev has sub ordinary punch power for a heavyweight

And Witherspoon stopped Tillis in 1 who who then went 10 with Tyson. What does it all mean exactly?
You don't need to be a hitter to knock down Tyson Fury and Pulev does everything well, including punching people.

For sure, Fury has 2 knockdowns in 21 fights and scares against Firtha and to a lesser extent Chisora. Although Chisora and Firtha are solid heavies who have gone the distance with Povetkin, Vitali, Helinus, Banks etc.
Only Pajkic is the anomaly as he was poor, although I suppose you can say he was unbeaten tbf.
Pulev does a lot of things better than average and a good few things less well than average IMO.
He has not a single decent win on his record, he is over heavy for a guy of his stature - I truly don't understand the confidence behind a guy who can't put away Travis Walker and struggled against Sprott and Rossy in the last 2 years, whilst in the same period Fury was beating Johnson, Chisora and Cunnigham.
Fury is also 8 years younger than Pulev.
Fury will, ironically wear down the guy who wears down opponents.
I don't see Pulev having much chance, and obviously Fury's team are confident too as they are chasing it.
So we will see soon enough - not much more I can add

I think Ustinov is a little under rated he could probably be a lot higher up on the ranking if he pulled his finger out.

Tyson 'Big Mouth' Fury and all of his followers can talk all the BS they want to, it still does not change the FACT he dropped his British & Commonwealth belts like hot potatoes when Price became the mandatory challenger. How can you defend vacating British & Commonwealth for the IRISH title?
![[icon_knockout.gif] :KO:](./images/smilies/icon_knockout.gif)
And Rogan was obviously ranked lower than Price. That was no step up. It was an escape route.
Just looking forward to Klitschko taking Fury's 0.

It was all to do with his TV deal you prat.
1. The fight went to purse bids.
2. If he lost the purse bid, the fight would not have been shown on 5.
3. If the fight was not on 5, Fury is in breach of contract.
4. Fury faces a lawsuit from 5.
5. Fury loses his TV deal.

Really can't see this fight happening at this point. Hennessy will likely lose the purse bids and so he'll pull Fury out. Fury isn't a big enough ticket seller for it to happen over here imo and Hennessy doesn't really look like he has a long term future with Channel 5, so not sure where the money would come from.
Hennessy has done Ok with Fury so far, but I'm starting to question whether he has the financial resources to take Fury's career any further. Personally I feel he'd be better off with Warren now, he's proven with Chisora and many other boxers over the years he can make big fights happen, and I think he could do more with Fury than Hennessy can right now, Fury vs Chisora 2 would be a decent fight for allegedly and they could build more subscribers from it.
Too much is made of Warrens limited company being in financial difficulty, he still has tremendous personal wealth and his own TV station, so I don't believe for a second he is on his last legs as a promoter.
Hearn is the other option obviously, I just think Warren is a better fit and has much more experience in getting heavyweights decent title chances.
