Yes Mike , Suray was winning the Tournaments at 176 even though he only weighed 166. Because Aiba held the Qualifying Tournaments for Worlds In January and The actual World Championships is not till August , we had him enter at 176 not knowing if he could hold the weight for 7 months . If all that makes sense lol
