I agree. As a child of the 80's I'll always be grateful to Frank for some brilliant nights in front of ITV involving people like Benn, Eubank, Collins & Bruno; but things like that always leave a bit of a sour taste, especially give that, love them or hate them, Matchroom have done it the 'right way' and are a bloody successful company. Granted, as Barry says, that's not all down to Boxing but you've got to admire their success.
For the life of me I can't understand the problem people have with Matchroom. There is a reason why people want to box for them - they make sure their fighters are looked after. It can only make the sport a better place as it will force the aforementioned morally bankrupt promoter to follow suit - the stick they get is a real headscratcher.
What goes around comes around, and he can only scrape around convincing people to pour money into a format that won't pay off for so long. He isn't the top dog anymore, he just won't accept it, which will ultimately be the end of him.

I wasn't able to catch the interview, anyone know if he can watch it still like if someone else has uploaded it? Massive long shot I know.

Of course. Old company goes bust owing millions, directors set up new company with a different name doing the same business with mostly the same people...
Frank W@rren is morally bankrupt, if not financially.
For the things he has done, and the way he has conducted his business he gets an extremely easy ride from most.
Yep, he's a (unt nothing more nothing less, loves the bravado thinking he's some old school gangster when really he's a crying, whining, moaning faced has been..
Anyway enough about Fast Eddie.....

I hope it doesn't limit iFilmLondon to other shows though as with all other promoters coming together under allegedly it may be mentioned not to allow them which I think would be worse for the fans and for allegedly due to the amount of work iFilm release across all fighters.
In Franks interview doesn't he slate Matchroom and Barry Hearn though? So its ok when he is giving it out but not on the receiving end.

Good point.
I can see FW doing an Alex Ferguson and not speaking to I-Film again - and also "politely asking" all of his associates to do the same ....
The interviews with Matchroom can be entertaining, but if that is the only viewpoint on offer it can wear a bit thin.

I think Kugan came off as a bit of a trouble maker in that interview to be honest, there were so many questions he could of asked Hearn, how about insight into his time working with Bruno, Benn, Eubank, Hide, etc., events surrounding the Michael Watson / Eubank fight, where he see's the Prizefighter in the next 5 years, etc., etc.
Instead of that he asked constant questions about allegedly and W4rren, and wouldn't really come away from the subject, and if he did he went straight back to it with the next question.
Not saying it was intentional on Kugan's part, but anyone running a business where a 45 minute video was put on YouTube, of which 40 minutes of it was rubbishing everything you are doing or have done then it would be natural to get it taken down.

About a week ago there was one of Frank pretty much doing the same thing. Plus is it illegal to rubbish something if you stick to the facts?
Wouldn't bother me if it wasn't what FW did all the time, then when it's given back he can't handle it.

Also quick question to everybody - why would he go after IFilm and not Matchroom directly? Surely its the commentor and not the completely independent broadcaster who is in the wrong?
