i'm sure you are taking the piss. most of the replies are one worded! There is no discussion on how a verdict would be come by.

Im not knocking these match up things but surely you have to give some background why you are matching up 2 fighters that never met. Anyone can pick out 2 fighters and do a match up. This guy surely must just have a boxing record book and flip open to a page and give 2 fighters.

The interest is pretty poor on a standard to a reply ratio on a discussion board.

Surely the weather is nice outside, go take a walk or get a dog. Or give at least a reasoning why you are picking such fighters. Somebody needs to get a hobby.
We are discussing hypothetical boxing match ups, in the past section of a boxing forum. I'm not sure what's tripping you up here.

Many of the discussions have been based on the reasoning behind responses. The Jones/Spinks, Whittaker/Tszyu and Hamed/Nelson threads, to give but a few examples.

I'd point out that this is all somewhat ironic, the whole: "I'm posting on a forum to tell you to stop posting on a forum" angle, but I'm sure you've realized that already.

Vlad, nothing wrong with fantasy matchups, but I'm sure I'm not alone in requesting that you space out the threads you create more. Flooding the forum with thread after thread only kills discussions and doesn't let the threads naturally develop into fruitful debates.

This was really my point, ive nothing against Vlad at all but I find that a string of posts one after another is a bit far imo. Ive ended my opinion on this now also. I could not give a chit, let the post flood

If people aren't interested in threads they can skip over them. That's what I've been doing with the large amount of Ali threads that have popped up recently. If others want to contribute to them, fine by me.

Yeah Vladimir's threads have been the most intriguing to me for a while. Straight to the point. Who wins This guy vs That guy. Those are my favorite threads in BOTP more often than not.

Yeah, me too. He's got some obscure match-ups, and I really like those as you know.

Many of you guys should love these fantasy matchups.
You can come off sounding like a professorial expert and not worry about any repercussions.
After all, no one can really prove your prediction on the outcome is wrong.

Vlad has not added any analysis or detailed information.

Just grabbing two names out of "Hat" and throwing them out there........one after another...... :??

Example..........Jose Napoles vs. Wilfred Benitez

When, what and where.............????
I do not know so well English, which would carry out a detailed analysis of the fight.

If understood in Russian here I'd explains in more detail.
And I apologize for the short forecasts.
