Fighting Sturm in Germany would be a bad move

I personally hope it's not. It's about time the guy didn't have it his own way all the time.

Karma must have felt really bad for him after the Oscar fight.
totally agree with those comments, i know its wrong to knock a fighter but sturm represents everything that is wrong with the sport to me. i never really thought he deserved to beat oscar, he did well in that fight, better than expected, and oscar was below par, but i think the commentary led a lot of people to think felix was doing better than he was. and anyway, oscar was never anything like a middleweight to start with.

he has built his career at the top level on some dodgy decisions (prior to encountering geale), some very inept opponents (for a so called defending world champ), very favourable treatment by the wba, and by avoiding dangerous opponents like the plague. the efforts he went to, to avoid GGG, are incredible. i hope barker knocks him the fxxk out

Yeah I thought Oscar just scrapped by him, but that result has become one of those repeated 'truths' in boxing where if its repeated enough times it becomes fact.

Kind of like how McDermott 'destroyed' fury. When in fact it was a close fight depending on whose work u liked, John maybe deserving the nod.
