It's an intriguing bout and I'm to go with the underdog though I've no real confidence in a result; there's no denying that if Fury gets through 4 -5 rounds then haye's in for a slow hiding; the first 3 or 4 rounds are going to be nailbiting though

what's beyond doubt is that Fury has the physical capabilities to defeat Haye. It's just whether he can make them count.
Haye's a gutsy fighter and not shy of a good tear-up and he's bound to get inside soon enough. I'm sure Fury and his team are all completely well aware of this and have been studying the Klitschko tape.
If Fury's still pitching after 4 or 5 rounds then it won't be an easy night for Haye at all, who's stamina has been called into question before. I'd like Fury to win, but I'm afraid I think from a training perspective, if not the way he conducts himself - Haye's the more professional athlete. I'd love to be wrong but I think Tyson's gonna get beat but it won't be for the want of trying. Come on Tyson, beat the cocky Southerner

He wasn't outboxed - Valuev barely landed a shot, neither man did, Haye fought very negatively - because he knew he couldn't possibly stop Valuev, and even though not a puncher, it wasn't wise to let Valuev tag him.

I think that Fury will get treated much likely Audley, after a round or two of feeling out, Haye will find a gap and start exploding the big shots, I've no doubt that if he lands and hurts Fury, it will all be over very quickly indeed. Whatever Haye's deficiencies, he's a natural finisher when he has his man hurt.

I met him on a night out in Manchester once and he was sound.

I still think Haye will wipe him out but if Tyson did win it would be pretty funny especially the build up to a Wlad fight.

Still lost a lot of respect for Haye after the Wlad fight ( and prior to the Audley fight too).

I'd not wan't to see him go, it's nice to see people get behind a fighter and put themselves out. I'll put a tenner on Tyson; I'll be watching through my fingers but think it'll be entertaining. This is boxing, boxers have supporters and sometimes they call it wrong; if you can't argue or show a point there's no need to take it personally.

Haye would render Fury senseless if Fury tries to stay on the outside and jab him from a distance. It's easy enough to do that against someone like Kevin Johnson, who seemingly has a phobia of throwing more than a dozen punches a fight - but doing that against someone with real speed, real power, someone who will time him.....it's not going to end well.

I agree .......at the moment I'm on Haye but come fight time I'll be tipping Fury to stop him 8 or 9 rounds. It's going to happen.......I'm gonna look like a right fool, again, and I can't wait!!

i want Fury to win , i think he has the tools to make it happen/interesting , just got this strange feeling he will get dragged in to a trade off and he will oblige ..which suites Haye , we will see tho ,gonna enjoy my night no matter who wins , 10 of us has hired a limo to take us and bring us back

Haye wins inside 3 rounds, too fast, hits too hard and for as much as I like him Fury aint on his level.

It really is as simple as that.

I'd like Fury to win too... but realistically - if he fights cautiously at range, then I think Haye will be too quick for his jab to land, and he's likely to get sniped at some point. He's also going to have to jab downwards... leaving himself open to overhand rights. Wlad had the speed of both hand and foot to land jabs (though he missed quite a few), and step back quickly as soon as Haye tried to counter or lunge in like a town drunk. Haye looked completely off balance throughout that fight, and I'm not sure how much of it was Wlad's footwork and how much was his toe.

Fury is relatively fast for a 6'9" guy... but nowhere near as mobile as Wlad with the footwork.

If Fury goes for it and tries to brawl, he has a chance of success, but the likely scenerio is that Haye lands something big much quicker and we see an early KO.

It amazes me that straight after seeing those who 'bought' the Alvarez 'hype' being brought down to earth, people are still prepared to do the same with Fury.
Different fight, but same outcome. Haye is a different level entirely and will school and stop him...
