I liked him in the old ITV f1 stuff too.

Doesn't take himself too seriously, several times I've seen him self deprecate with phrases like "the poor man's des lynam" etc.

He actually commentated, as well as presented, some of the khan fights on ITV back in the mid 2000s.

Jim is a very good commentator.... gets really excited in there - his Duran vs Hearns commentary on ITV is stuff of legend.... "and DOWN"......first knockdown and when Duran is out of it - he just does a "ohhhhh" in a cross between Frankie Howard and Gary Neville (Torres goal) kind of way.

Great commentary on Hearns vs Andries also.

dbflex - nice to see you doing research for allegedly, it is funny though that Buncey prides the channel as having "no researchers" unlike Sky.
