Bowe was a superb fighter...he could do it all. But i think Louis would win this. Relatively easy target for Louis to smash in fast combinations and stop Bowe in 5 or 6. Louis would have only been beaten by Ali in my opinion. People look at older fighters on film and because their style is different to todays that they believe they cannot compete. Polecateddy is the prime example of picking any modern day fighter to beat any old timer. An example is his selection of Johnny Nelson to beat Rocky Marciano..

I don't think Bowe would have struggled with Farr or been blown out by Schmeling. Maybe that's a clearer concept for you to take?

I think Bowe would have had trouble with Schmeling, no doubt about it. Schmeling was no fake.

Not clearer at all...styles make fights...you can make that case for any fighter in history....you just like to put down old timers
