As far as I can see, both of the Chisora fights were never "on". The original opponent's camp says the financial terms were not right (ie, not enough money), and I think Wach has never been more than a rumour. But the promoter has tickets to sell so xxxx the facts, lets get the public thinking they'll be seeing Delboy in against an unbeaten opponent so the tickets will sell. If the match up doesn't materialise, the fans can't do a thing because they've already figured that one out - they don't sell tickets for this guy vs that guy, they sell tickets for "a night of championship boxing" and somehow or another there'll be a title up for grabs, so they're off the hook on that score.

Agreed. When Wlad retires I'm sure he will be in line for one of the titles. I'd give him a chance against a lot of top 10ers
