Steve robinson also seemed a decent fella.
Only 1 fighter ever struck me as a bit of a prick. a former British world champ (not naz)
Robbie Regan. Pissed as a pudendum and was making a right show of himself.handsofstone wrote:Go on :??stevieb_8006 wrote:I met enzo mac and he's sound, and Richie woodhall who made time for absolutely every1.

Worked with a few so I have been very lucky indeed!!!columbo wrote:Who would you say are the nicest boxer's you've encountered in british boxing? I mean their personalities don't really go with punching people in the head for a living! David Price is one that stands out to me! I know there's a lot more people in the know with boxers personally than me so who else would you put on the list?
I can totally believe that. he was always 1 of my favs. was made up when he beat hoye and had that decent run.Spud wrote:Worked with a few so I have been very lucky indeed!!!columbo wrote:Who would you say are the nicest boxer's you've encountered in british boxing? However the nicest by some considerable distance is Clinton Woods.
I've always found Lloyd to be a gentleman. Michael sprott is very likeable. McCrory is great funhurlock wrote:Woodhall is a lovelly guy hard to believe he could find any spite!
Met Richard & Danny Williams as a lad & they were really genuinely nice guys.
Ojay Abrahams & honeyghan are priks imo.
Can't really say bad in anyone else. Remember being a kid & a seeing Kirkland Laing skinning up & smoking a fat reefer st a boxing show he didn't give a fvck
& a proper character !!
