And I never hated him, we just disagree on what he was capable of. I remember watching him and Marvis on the networks in an amateur fight.

Look in The Ring, Boxing Illustrated, Boxing Monthly, and Boxing News at the time for the write up of Bowe/Tubbs. It is all there, and the media decision was for Tony Tubbs.

You must be confusing this with Whitaker/Chavez. Anyway, I've spent enough time on Tubbs/Byrd. Enjoy the rest of your stay on Fantasy Island.
