I thought Hatton was Browne's management? Who wants Browne not to fight Fury?

Hatton is Browne's promoter, the deal in Aus fell over due to the local promoter offering two-fifths-of-fornicate all for the fight. A Commonwealth title fight as the main event and both opponents combined offered way less than what Lucas was promised (and is standard in England)?! Please.
