I bet there are people who though. There were people that actually thought Chisora was going to beat Haye. And now Fury has generated some Haye hype himself, there's probably a lot of casual fans who'll watch it just because they've heard of both boxer.

The same fans probably don't realise they've already fought once on a free television channel.

Chisora Vs. Fury will be a great fight I think, they have both progressed and are in a lot better shape this time round, lets see how good Fury is.

Its more of a case of how little I rate Del Boy.

Fury's style will beat him everytime. Too active for Del Boy who is a bit of a plodder and Del Boy don't have the power to stop him.

After a tough war against Kessler, and a harder then expected fight against Groves, I'm wondering if Froch is considering his future. The supposed desire he has to face Chavez in Vegas suggests to me he's looking to fulfill his dream of fighting in the Mecca of boxing whilst cashing out. I think Froch has one good fight left in him, and he won't want to use it up against Groves. Just my opinion.

true he used to look granite chinned, however i disagree with gomez he looked no where near losing those fights in fact i think he's made his last 3 look relatively easy other than the times he's been buzzed. He jumped all over malik scott and he was very highly touted.

Thanks for inadvertently proving my point whats 48-47 to scott then a 10-8 round to chisora? Assuming malik had got to carry on?

Regardless you are misunderstanding my point Scott spoils and counter punches, chisora jumps on people and wears them down. Scott started to struggle keeping chisora off him regardless of him being slightly ahead on points and had started to get bullied. It was chisoras fight apart from the stoppage which was as much scotts fault as the refs, it went the way pretty much everyone expected it to if they thought chisora was going to win.

You also said he was losing his last two fights Pala and Gerber - what were the scorecards in the gerber fight? And Pala turned his back and hung out of the ring while getting bashed up and had just been clearly hurt before doing so.

I didn't even watch the Gerber fight , and was referring to Malik Scott and Pala - as per my 'strange stoppages' comment.

In both of those fights that I watched, he was second best until the ending came.

If you think otherwise, that's fine. But it seems your in a minority of one if the scores I posted are anything to go by.

If I remember rightly Malik had the look of a man who didn't fancy it when Chisora started to catch up with him and I was watching Bunceys highs and lows yesterday when Malki started to rise slowly/casually at nine which looked even more stupid looking at it again.

I thought the referee was extremely keen to be honest, and the second half of the fight was looking like it was going to get interesting. You don't know what an unbeaten fighter can do - he could have fell apart or gone up another gear.

I have no sympathy for him leaving it to the absolute last 0.5 seconds, and even less so with his casual attitude after the fight, which was weird considering he'd lost his 34-0 unbeaten record.

The focus of my mind (and this topic) was that I think Chisora is looking a bit shop worn. One thing about him previously was he was a heavy lump, that nobody could budge and he would come rolling in and under punches and was difficult to get to grips with.

He just seemed vulnerable when he came in extremely light by his own standards and struggled to impose himself. He looked stung by a few shots too that usually wouldn't have bothered him.

Obviously this is just my observations of those 2 of the 3 fights he had since Haye.

True he hasn't got that unmovable look about him anymore not sure if that is due to having lost weight or having David Haye knock the seven shades of shit out of him

Cool beans you make your points well but I thought he looked like he was going to win in all the fights bar being buzzed, he did what he always does and just kept on his opponents until they were struggling to fire back then takes control of the fight. His chin seems to be an issue now though. He looked solid against haye until the bombs hit him, now he seems to be rocked fairly easily. I dont think the Pala fight was a dodgy stoppage it could have carried on but he was hurt and turned his back and lent over the corner post in the hope the ref would call break, he looked gone from the angle on the TV and only after he complained and turned around you could see he was clear eyed. The Scott stoppage was just silly you never rise that late or you run the risk of being counted out but the ref should have seen he was just taking time out and given him the full ten everyone else could see it.
