Campbell and his team will have been told prior to leaving the dressing room even if that was last minute.
Smacks of an excuse for a very average performance.

This happened to a friend of mine in his first pro fight,he was meant to be doing 6x2's but the first 2 rounds were 3 min rounds, shouldnt the time keeper and all at the show know their job. Remember it happened to tony jefferies in one of his fights? A 6 rounder that he thought was a 4 rounder or somethin like that.

I think that was the Jeffries v Michael Banbula fight, Tony thought it was a 6 rounder and it turned out to be a 8 rounder. Jeffries was struggling in that one anyway, and should of been fit enough for a 8 rounder.
Whatever happened to Banbula? not fought since 2011

Guys,

All your stories of this kind of stuff is NOTHING compared to this disgraceful example from australia last year.

Sonny Bill Williams v Frans Botha for the WBA international Heavyweight title which was being advertised on PPV in Aus as a 12 rounder. Fight started and the graphics at the bottom of the screen even said 12 rounds. The announcer introducing the fight said 12. what happened at the end of the 10th round. Read this -

Also tons of you tube clips on it!!
