Congratulations Curtis on an incredible achievement. I remember watching your first couple of contests and thinking 'Southern Area title... at best.' How about conquering another sport? One of those obscure winter Olympic events maybe. Luge?

Well done Curtis, full respect to you. I think your body work was superb. That little left hook under Hamiltons elbow was taking it out of him, stopped him working for the whole 3 minutes, he could only do it in spurts late on.
Whatever you decide to do in the future , good luck.

I fecking loved the result!
I think he was gassed, he looks a big lad for 140, despite the pipe-cleaner legs.
I think there's probably only a couple of maladjusted people on here who weren't pleased Curtis got the nod.

Well done Curtis, ive never seen you fight and was watching the Eubank Jr show last night instead but as everyone else has said its a great achievement to win anything in sport, so well done and great win.

When you appeared on that tv programme and shook hands with that guy who abused you on twitter and said "we all do stuff", my wife, who has zero interest in boxing, said what a good man.

Absolute inspiration to everybody, that was one of the best moments in British boxing and won't be forgotten for a very long time. I have enjoyed following your career and have backed you against the likes of Derry because I knew you had it in you as your self belief is so high and last night you proved how good you can be. I really hope that isn't the end as we will all miss out, but if it is you have done your Dad and the rest of your family proud and you are an absolute credit to the sport.

Top man, well deserved. I was screaming at the TV, cannot remember the last time I was like that. You have your place in boxing history now and thoroughly deserved as well. You took the knocks and kept coming and you have earned your respect as a boxer. You dad would be so proud.
