Fury is talking about getting Takam in for sparring, style-wise you probably couldn't find a better guy to prepare you for Chisora

Saw these two in the paper this morning.

Chisora is claiming that Fury has only faced fat bin men, which is an odd thing to diss somebody for when they have previously beaten you. Saying that, he's correct. Fury hasn't ever fought anybody good.

Fury responded by telling Chisora that he's mediocre and overrated. Which is also true.

To be fair, I may have had a passing interest in this fight before. Now my interest has vanished just by their attempt at marketing a fight through trash talk. All they've done is remind me that it's a shit fight.

Frrrank decided against putting this in a stadium then?!

Just had a look on Eventim for Tickets. Looks like have the arena has tickets unavailable. Does anyone know why this is?
Also it looks like they have sold about 3000 tickets for this show maximum. Cue some fireworks on Twitter and Youtube to help sell tickets.

So they're calling this The Fight for the Right (to face Wlad)?

It's a WBO Eliminator to establish who becomes No 1 contender in that divisions rankings. Problem is that Wlad is already fighting the WBO No 1 in Alex Leapai (after he beat Boytsov) but Wlad also holds the WBA and IBF belts. Once he has beaten the WBO No 1 (Leapai), he is due to face the IBF No 1, Kubrat Pulev, and then he will need to face the WBA No 1 (currently vacant). By the time he has come through these challenges, there will be the huge carrot of a complete unification against the winner of Arreola v Stiverne for the WBC title.

I can't see the winner of Fury v Chisora (especially if it's Fury) getting a shot at Wlad until late 2015 at the earliest.

They called the last fight The Big Brawl To Settle It All.

Why are they having a rematch? It's all been settled already.

How can you not be interested two best heavyweights in Britain fighting. Probably get a few good fights on the bill too.

I'm not overly interested either. They're the 2 best HWs in the UK on merit but ability wise Hughey and AJ are better already never mind when they've developed. Plus HW is a terrible division world wide at the moment. FW isn't doing himself any favours bringing up Froch Groves 2 all the time, it's not even close to that, he tried to make out on IFL that it's bigger because there's a world title shot for the winner, completely ignoring the fact there's 2 world title belts on the line for Froch Groves anyway. And fair enough Chisora is fit now, but he still walks into punches and still hasn't beat anyone of note in his recent wining streak. The first one was too wide for this to be a massive fight.

As game and tough as he is, I've always found Chisora boring (in the ring). He doesn't do anything special and he's not explosive. He's been value for money before the first bell goes but the act's getting tired.

No doubt if this fight EH involved everyone would be really excited and probably sold out by now.

Be a good fight this, hopefully a good undercard aswell, Butler for a world title maybe?

That suits Fury, who will win, as it means he can sit on his title shot and keep busy by fighting more non-punchers.

Yup, I agree.

And why are people picking a Fury or even a Chisora KO win?? Specifically Fury, really. Neither punch hard enough and Chisora will be in shape and he can take what ever Fury has with ease.

Anyways Fury to win on points, whether he will deserve it or not is another matter.

if tyson comes in fit he will KO Del boy easy as he has to much power

I dont think this fight will be as big as they think it will be and will not come near filling the arena

Tyson v Price if he didnt get beat would of been bigger,

tyson has taken to much of a lay off (not through his own fault)

Tyson has average power at best and I am being generous mate. He definitely does not have anywhere near enough to KO someone like Chisora. No chance of that happening.

Does anyone actually think this is a bad fight for Fury? If he loses is it such a big deal?

Fury has massive amounts of power and will show it when he knocks out Del.

I'm not disputing that Del Boy could possibly get stopped, but 'massive amounts of power'? No chance

Ho doesn't punch his weight. His power is average for a heavy. His biggest attribute is size and relative athleticism for his size.

Fury by KO for me, can't see it going past six rounds.

I sensed this might be the case. The WBO aren't exactly the toughest - Leapai is Klitschko's first mandatory in over four years - so it seemed a little strange that he was suddenly going to have to take on two in nine months!

Bottom line - even if Fury-Chisora gets sanctioned as an eliminator, I can't see them being able to fight for the title until at least mid-2015 - that's a lot of waiting.

We all know it will end up being an eliminator, I doubt the winner will fight Wlad next but it puts them in position and everyone will make a nice wedge out of it, the allegedly twitter account announced earlier that they'd sold all the £40 tickets for the show, whether that's a genuine sell out or a fast car sellout I'm not sure and I would guess that some of the £40 tickets have been kept back for the undercard.

I cant see Wlad having any problem fighting either of them as soon as the oppurtunity comes,he'll fight them as soon as he can

Be interesting to see what a proper fit Tyson Fury is all about. I think he will beat Chisora in a bar room brawl-esk type of fight with a few comedy ups and downs, but with Fury finding a way to win as usual.

He has knocked out every opponent since he has faced Chisora (often with multiple knockdowns) apart from Kevin Kingpin Johnson, who no fighter has ever stopped or ever will in all likelihood.

That's not exactly Pulev style 45% KO rate.

He doesn't hit as hard as Price, Wilder or Wlad .. But other than that he's up there with the rest.

True but most HWs are going to be able to KO each other but Fury doesn't have power relative to his size. He's bound to be able to stop average fighters when he puts his weight in to punches, he was practically leaning on Cunningham on the ropes and looked twice the size of him! Plus he's more of a wild swinging puncher as apposed to the piston like right hand of Price or Haye. The likes of Kovalev and Stevenson could probably KO most of Fury's opposition and they're LHWs.
