#15-40 rankings, and the only offers I have got are a rematch with Sergio Palma and a shot at the WTF championship which is held by Panama Al Brown. However, the commission states the only way that would happen is if I dropped my belt or he dropped his, so I dont think there's no benefit to either of us pursuing that match. As for Sergio, I don't like to cover old ground, so I think I will pass. Would like to give the shot to Australia's Lionel Rose, considering I just had a non-title match with Australia's Jeff Fenech.

As for Pat Daly, he would like a shot at Raul Casanova.
Hows about getting Poonswatted by The Poonster? He'll tell that Canadian Bum Steve Molitor to take a hike....eh?........hoser

I forgot to mention that ranking matters for the title shot, so as long as Barry, McGovern, Zarate and Fenech all don't claim it then the shot will belong to Jofre.

Wilfredo Gomez offers a shot at the IBF Title to Carlos Zarate.

Nonito Donaire would like a shot at either the WTF or IBO Titles, if you please.

And so with a note of thanks, Terry accepts.

Alright, I think a quick commentary could be in order here just to confirm the happenings this week.

2 Barry Jimmy
3 McGovern Terry - accepted a WBO Title shot.
5 Zarate Carlos - accepted an IBF Title shot.
7 Dixon George - signed a fight against Lobster Hayashida.
8 Fenech Jeff
10 Jofre Eder - wants the WBC Title fight.
13 Morales Erik - signed a fight against Gaby Canizales and is uninterested in any title shot.
14 Chandler Jeff - sigend a fight against Hozumi Hasegawa.

So Jimmy Barry has first refusal for the WBC Title fight. (I will PM him to see if he wants it)

If Buzz declines this fight for Barry, second refusal moves on to George Dixon, who is fighting a CPU opponent this week. But we don't know if his Manager would be willing to accept another title shot against a different opponent after his two consecutive draws.

Third refusal goes back to Buzz and Jeff Fenech and if he declines...

Then the fight will definitely go to Eder Jofre who has already stated his intention for the fight to happen.

It's a wee bit complicated, but we'll get it sorted... Managers have decisions to make.

Barry is too much for Caruthers...........however Fenech will fetch the belts if needed.

Barry is above the fray....he is the peoples champion, and has handed more undefeated fighters their first loss than any other fighter here. Perhaps more than the all the rest put together.

He is a simulated legend already.

He vows NEVER to pursue egotistical, and overly hyped championships and belts. For he understands all to well that "THE SIM IS NOT ABOUT HIM"... He is humble and assuming. And that's the same sort of opponents he seeks out and beats down.

Being the PEOPLES champion....means that for the most part...he will beat up on the various PEOPLES.....

The only belts he requires are those that he knocks back each evening after training.

These are cold hard facts......

Commish Ruling for HomicideHenry: (will be confirmed by PM)
HomicideHenry wrote:#15-40 rankings, and the only offers I have got are a rematch with Sergio Palma and a shot at the WTF championship which is held by Panama Al Brown.
The office of the Commish would politely remind you that there is nothing to stop you from calling out viable contenders... Regardless of how many challengers call you out, you will always have the final say on what your fighter will take. As such the resonsiblity to find a fight is yours alone - it comes along with the belt as any of the experienced Managers on here would tell you.
HomicideHenry wrote:Would like to give the shot to Australia's Lionel Rose
It is well documented on every Matchup page that:
CPU OPPOSITION IS DISCOURAGED AND FROWNED UPON.

On this occasion you will be given the benefit of the doubt and this fight will go ahead this week for your IBO Title. However, now that you have been notified directly, we expect that this occurance will not happen again.

Furthermore, you will not be "getting off lightly" as it were. It has not escaped our attention that you failed to defend your title last week because you did not fight an elligible contender.

As such, you will have to defend your IBO Title next week against the first elligible challenger who calls you out. This is not an option, we are clamping down on this sort've backsliding - being a Champion means maintaining the integrity of the belt, your stable and the Sim.... And this can only be done by respecting the rules that were put in place to offer opportunities for everyone regardless of their rank.

This has been a ruling from the Office of the Commish.

Okay, so after Buzz's contribution here's where we are at:
Crease wrote:2 Barry Jimmy - Barry declines the offer.
7 Dixon George - signed a fight against Lobster Hayashida.
8 Fenech Jeff - Fenech accepts the WBC Title fight.
10 Jofre Eder - wanted the WBC Title fight.
13 Morales Erik - signed a fight against Gaby Canizales and is uninterested in any title shot.
14 Chandler Jeff - sigend a fight against Hozumi Hasegawa.
Barry declines the fight. Dixon pulled out of the fight against Carruthers to open up the original slot.

So the fight goes to Jeff Fenech.

And just to clarify, there is a slight difference in the two situations.

If Buzz says the WBC Title - then that fight is immediately signed and it goes ahead as a sanctioned title bout with the blessing of the Commission (as Carruthers is not the WBC Champion).

If Buzz says the WBA Title - then we will assume then that fight is going ahead - although let's have some final confirmation from Mr Techno as his fighter is the WBA Champion and there is still other elligible World Title contenders.

I don't want this perception that the Commission has pushed through a title fight when there are other guys who are elligible.

Well who's tougher? Cuz we want the other guy.....Fenech has been eating and drinking his way to the title.....and doesn't want to have to start any undue rigorous training regimen.

Ok...we are kidding of course. We will see which fighter will draw the bigger crowd and make our decision in exactly 3 hours.

We need to consult the media and advertising experts.
